You only turn 30 once and I am so sad I can't be with you to celebrate. I hope you are having a wonderful day...but no cake, unless it is a tofu cake... cake is not on the diet. :)
Enjoy every minute, 30 is wonderful- you don't have to prove anything to anyone anymore!!!!
